Anxiety Attacks - No Longer My Reality

If anxiety attacks are part of your life, then you are not alone. Over 40 million American adults that are age 18 and older are experiencing anxiety disorders in a given year. Yes, nervous illness is alive and well in today's fast paced society.

What a frightening journey this is for millions of people. I can certainly vouch for that. Since I am no longer trapped in this web of severe anxiety, perhaps sharing a few of my anxiety free tips will help you too.

First of all, it took me much time to figure out the many troubling symptoms and sensations that overly fatigued nerves can create in one's body. Yes, the nerves can really fool one into believing something must be seriously wrong with the body.

Just to make sure the disconcerting symptoms are from anxiety, it is of course essential to request a full physical from your medical doctor.

Once you get the "all clear" and you know it is anxiety you are dealing with, it is time to address your nervous suffering. Being given the "all clear," should help bring some peace of mind.

I will share a few of my anxiety free resources and information that helped me reclaim my life. Maybe they can be of value to you so that joy will once more be your reality.

First of all, when one is contending with a physical or mental issue, I believe it is important to take some time out to learn about good nutrition.

I really cleaned up my diet by greatly eliminating overly processed foods along with their many preservatives, hydrogenated, partially hydrogenated and rancid oils, and unpronounceable chemical ingredients.

I studied so much about nutrition and made sure to start pulling in some real nourishing foods. I was never big on the sugars or caffeine which can be anxiety triggers for many. By making better health choices, I am sure my body thanked me.

On my journey back to wellness and overcoming my anxiety attacks, I never could have imagined the strong link between one's internal environment in their colon and their mental well being. Well, there definitely is a gut brain connection.

For after I cleansed my colon with a "life altering" top product, I had a huge improvement in my emotional state. I still had some anxiety to address - but what a tremendous improvement in my outlook and emotional wellbeing after I cleaned out some major old impacted waste from my intestines.

Yes, colon cleansing is a great way to not only improve one's health, but also to bring about a better emotional state.

Additionally, the one author that was such a huge part of my recovery was the amazing Dr. Claire Weekes (1903-1990), Hope and Help For Your Nerves. She is widely acknowledged for her revolutionary approach to treating anxiety, panic, and phobic disorders.

She has achieved distinction as the first woman Doctor of Science at the University of Sydney, and was recognized by Queen Elizabeth II for her contributions to medicine. What a truly remarkable woman who must have personally walked this frightening path of anxiety to be able to write "spot on" about what one experiences with anxiety disorders.

Yes Weeks's affordable book, Hope And Help For Your Nerves, was absolutely instrumental in helping me get well again and overcome my anxiety.

Dr. Weekes explains so clearly how overly fatigued nerves, stress, nervousness, tension, worry and fear can cause anxiety disorders of all kinds.

She has helped millions from around the world to first understand the numerous anxiety symptoms that one can experience from stress and tired out nerves. Next, she simply teaches how to overcome one's anxiety disorder with her "right on the money" easy to follow self-help methods.

Weekes has another book, Peace From Nervous Suffering, which is more geared for one struggling with agoraphobia. However, even if one is not dealing with agoraphobia, there is much highly beneficial information on how to overcome a nervous disorder in that book also.

So personally, I would read both of those books, as there is tons of helpful knowledge to extract. Dr. Claire Weeks's brilliant and yet easy to understand and practical information has helped millions regain their mental health again, including me. Thank you Ms. Weekes! Yes, her simply written step-by-step methods are continuing to help people regain their mental health and go on to lead productive emotionally balanced lives.

I hope the few tips I have shared will help turn your life around and allow you to break free from the shackles of anxiety. Remember, millions of extremely competent and intelligent people have walked this path before. They have overcome their nervous suffering as I also did, no matter how long they had been contending with this.
